Motivators Certification
Who is the certification course for?
The course certification is for corporate trainers and facilitators, human resource leaders, learning & development professionals, and performance coaches and organizational consultants.
What will I learn during certification?
The certification is delivered virtually over just 2 hours and you’ll become certified to be your organization’s resident expert on all things motivation.
During the certification course we’ll teach you how to:
• Administer the Motivators Assessment using the Motivators Platform.
• Teach individuals how to apply their new motivators to make their jobs more satisfying and engaging.
• Create Motivators Team reports and work with managers to build more cohesive and motivated teams.
What trainer support and resources will I have access to?
You’ll be invited to join the Find Your Mojo Facilitator Hub, where you can access a variety of trainer resources, research, recordings, and all the course materials and tools for participants. You’ll also be able to network with other trainers.
Can I take my certification with me if I leave my organization?
Yes! Once you complete the certification it belongs to you, not your organization.
