How Certification Works

We've made getting certified to train The Motivators Assessment as easy as it gets. Start with the a complimentary Motivators Certification and learn how to use it with Team Dynamics. Or, chose from one of our more advanced courses and get certified to lead powerful training programs that drive engagement, boost sales motivation and productivity, and build workplace resilience.

Find a Class

Enroll and save your spot. Pre-work includes taking the Motivators Assessment and signing a trainer agreement.

Attend the Class

Commit to 2-4 hours of learning (depending on the program). Be prepared to immerse yourself in the content and be interactive with the class and facilitator.

Pass the Knowledge Check

Pass a final test with a score of 80% or better to get your certificate and access to the Facilitator Hub and course materials

Motivators Certification

Everything starts here. The Motivators Certification is the foundation for all of the Find Your Mojo Programs. In just two hours of virtual training, you’ll learn how to administer the world’s most scientifically valid workplace motivation assessment, coach individuals on how to apply their results for greater job satisfaction, and generate Motivators Team Reports to help managers build more cohesive and high-performing teams.

Find Your Mojo Sales Performance Program

Help sales teams unlock their full potential by becoming a certified Find Your Mojo Sales Performance Program trainer.
