CERTIFICATION FAQs

How does certification work?

Over two 2-hour virtual sessions, you’ll learn how to facilitate these programs in your organization, including delivering the learning objectives that lead to organizational outcomes.

Certifications are conducted in small group settings with one of our Master Faciliators. This allows for a more intimate and in-depth learning experience.

Upon completion, you’ll join a growing community of more than 1000 professionals who use FindMojo’s assessments and programs to transform the employee experience and create employees who are motivated, resilient, appreciated, adaptable, and so much more.

Who are the certification courses for?

These program certifications are for corporate trainers and facilitators, human resource leaders, learning & development professionals, and performance coaches and organizational consultants.

What trainer support and resources will I have access to?

You’ll be invited to join the Find Your Mojo Facilitator Hub, where you can access a variety of trainer resources, research, recordings, and all the course materials and tools for participants. You’ll also be able to network with other trainers.

Can I take my certification(s) with me if I leave my organization?

Yes! Once you complete any certification, it belongs to you, not your organization.
