The course focuses on training managers, and helping them and their people to become more engaged. You’ll become well-versed in the 4 phases of the FindMojo Engagement Solved Model:
DISCOVER – The Discover phase is all about “aha’s”. Managers see where they are engagement deficient, learn what motivates them, and uncover blind spots.
SCULPT – The Sculpt phase is about implementation and alignment of motivators, so managers do more of what they love, and then enable them to do the same with their direct reports.
DEVELOP – The Develop phase puts the focus on the manager’s team, helping them to create psychological safety & transparency in their teams and understand what motivates each team member.
ASPIRE – The Aspire phase teaches managers how to build employee resilience by holding aspirational conversations, tailoring recognition, and developing career paths for each direct report.
